Memberships are $11.00 per person
($6.00 stays at Marion, $2.75 goes to State & $2.25 goes to National)
Marion PTA exists to support the families, teachers and staff at Marion Elementary.
Being a part of PTA either as a member, volunteer or leading a committee helps to support the needs of our campus. Marion PTA sponsors and supports numerous programs and events throughout the school year, including:
- Back To School Celebration
- National Walk to School
- Watch DOGS
- Parent education programs
- Book Fair
- Silent Auction
- Teacher Appreciation
- Red Ribbon Week
- Box Tops for Education
- Teacher Wish Lists
- Allen Eagle Run
- and a whole lot more!

BEING A MEMBER ALLOWS YOU TO:
Stay Connected. PTA helps you keep up with what is happening in your school and how you can support your child’s education.
Build Relationships. PTA connects you to other families through meetings, events, and communications and helps build community. All members receive a Marion PTA Student directory.
Share Your Talents. PTA offers opportunities for you to expand your skills and talents to benefit children and the school.
Access PTA Benefits. Access to Local, State and National PTA websites, legislative news, and discounts.

Go to meetings?
No. You are welcome to attend our Membership meetings though. -
Volunteer or spend a lot of time at school?
Nope! Joining the PTA is not the same as volunteering. If you choose to volunteer we would LOVE the help—but volunteering is not required.
