Volunteers

When adults volunteer, all students benefit! There are many opportunities for parents and community members to get involved and your help is needed. Marion PTA has lots of opportunities for volunteering both during school hours and after school hours. Any help is appreciated! New opportunities will be added throughout the year.  Please note that in order to volunteer at Marion Elementary, you will need to have completed your volunteer application and background check through Allen ISD. This needs to be done annually starting July 1. Click here to start that process.

Field Day is on Friday, October 23!
STEP 1:  All Field Day Participants MUST be background checked and be an Allen ISD Approved Volunteer for the 2026-27 school year. If you have not already done so, please use this link to start/renew your Volunteer Registration: Allen ISD Volunteer Registration
STEP 2: Once you are approved by Allen ISD to volunteer, you may sign up for your preferred time and station using this link:  Field Day Sign Up Genius
 
STEP 3:  RSVP for your Field Day Badge by using this link: Field Day RSVP Badge  
  • Use the primary phone number that is on your AISD Volunteer Application!
  • Please RSVP by October 21!  
  • Once you RSVP successfully, your badge will be pre-printed and waiting for you on Field Day. 
  • On Field Day DO NOT "check in" on your phone!  Bring your ID to the front office to claim your badge before reporting to your station.
